Silky Spring

A fresh, floral and smooth cocktail that reminding you of the Spring.

  • Saint Germain Liquor (elderflower liqueur) 1/2 oz. (2cl)

  • Homemade Flower Oxymel 3/4 oz. (2,5cl)

  • Homemade Pollen Soda 1 1/3 oz. (4cl)

  • Homemade Flower Oxymel (recipe for 45 cocktails)

  • Honey (1000g)

  • Cider vinegar 6 3/4 oz. (20cl)

  • Water 3 1/3 oz. (10cl)

  • Ginger (50g)

  • Juniper berries (15g)

  • Jasmin flowers (50g)

  • Homemade Pollen Soda (recipe for 25 cocktails):

  • Water 34 oz. (100cl)

  • Pollen (9g)

  • Citric Acid (5g)

  • 1 siphon soda load

  • Garnish

  • Dry chamomile flower

  • Dry purple prepetual flower

  • Dried pepper mint leaves

  • Honey

Recipe: Pour the Taylor Fladgate Chip Dry Port, Saint Germain liquor and the flower oxymel into the glass fill of ice. Stir for 5 seconds. Add the pollen soda carefully. Stir slightly.
Garnish: with a brush make a line of honey on the side of the glass. Put the flower mixture on the honey.
Glass: Highball

Homemade Flower Oxymel Recipe:
Cut the ginger into small pieces and crush the juniper. Place all ingredients in a large container. Leave to infuse for 2 weeks in cold. Stir every day. After, straining all the preparation and store in the cold. Store cold up to 2 month.

Homemade Pollen Soda Recipe:
For this recipe you will need a soda siphon.
In a blender put the water and pollen. Mix for about 5 minutes. Strain with a strainner. Add citric acid and stir. Place inside the soda siphon and close tightly. Eject the soda charge. Store in the cold up to 1 week.
