  • Fresh Lemon Juice 3/4 oz. (2,5 cl)

  • Reàl Passion Fruit Syrup 1/2 oz. (1,5 cl)

  • Egg White 1 oz. (3 cl)

Recipe: Dry shake all the ingredientes, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Finish with garnish.
