  • Reàl Raspberry Syrup 1/2 oz. (1,5 cl)

  • Heavy cream 1/2 oz. (1,5 cl)

  • 1 Whole egg

Recipe: Combine all ingredients into mixing tin. Hand whip the mixture as the process for dry shake. Add ice, shake and strain into coupe glass.
